This Privacy Policy was last modified on (1st June 2016) and covers all iOS and Andoird applications produced by PS Ventures Limited.

PS Ventures Limited ("us", "we", or "our") operates a number of iOS and Android apps available in the Apple App Store and Google Play store (the "Apps"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the apps. This policy covers all apps produced by PS Ventures Limited
We use your Personal Information only for providing and improving the Apps. By using the Apps, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Information Collection And Use


While using our Apps, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to your name ("Personal Information").
We may ask that you register and confirm an email address with us and provide a login password to partcipate in certains parts of the Apps. We may use your email address to email you directly about the Apps but will provide an opt-out link. Your email address will not be visible in the Apps.
In order for us to understand demand for our Apps, the App may we send a unqiue identifier known as a UUID to our server. A new UUID is created on each install of an app and cannot be used to identify the actual user. It just gives us a consistent reference point to determine the number of unique users of our app.
The Apps may allow you to post to Facebook and Twitter directly from within the app. This uses the Facebook and Twitter account that you have registered with your device. The login credentials including username and password are handled by the native operating system of your device and so we never gain access to these.

Sharing and Disclosure


All comments made against articles in the Apps are in the public domain. If we are approached by a law enforcement agency or are asked to comply with a legal process due to perceived non-compliance with any laws, we will use our discretion as to whether to provide the email address of the offending party. It is your responsibility to avoid the need for us to make this disclosure through your actions.
In the event of a merger or sale of the Apps or of the owning company (a "transaction"), we will transfer the information detailed in this agreement to the new party after the transaction is complete or as part of a due diligence process in anticipation of such a transaction.

Cookies


Cookies are files with small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a web site or App and stored on your computer's or device's hard drive.
Like many Apps, we use "cookies" to collect information. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our Apps.
Registering to post comments against any articles in the Apps will also result in a cookie being held on your device. If you do not wish to receive cookies then change your device's settings. However, registration, login and posting of comments may not work.

Security


The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
